Once the design if finished Im going to ask for the exclusive access to all the files and boards (im planning on making new boards and transfering files tomorrow, if this board doesn't work out)....meaning admin access and what knot. Im giving you all that access in order to do the site, once thats done, i'm going to request everything back..

phenom212: listen, we had an agreement that you would be the designer for the site. It is something that you took the burden of on your own. It could have been a collaberation of other people, but its not. I designed the IWF from scratch a long time ago and it was a lot of work. In order to revive the IWF, it needs a new design, and I appreciate what your doing, but in no way did I indicate joint ownership.

I'm the OWNER, and the only one who should have access to any modificiations. this is why I'm making new boards and what knot. I know HTML, FLASH, I've dealt with FTP, i know JAVA, and Scripting.
