Greater Baltimore Chapter Pool Party 2000 #1
(9 p.m.-1 a.m.) --

Join us again at the Otterbein Swim Club, located at 824 S Sharp Street in Downtown Baltimore. Put on your swimsuit and cool off on a Hot Summer Night at this beautiful, private, outdoor, downtown swim club!! Soft drinks and munchies will be provided. BYO food to cook on the grill! $15 for Baltimore NAAFA members and $20 for non-members. SO . . . bring yourself, your towels, your "grillables," and whatever else (no glass containers please), and be prepared to have a SPLISH-SPLASH GOOD TIME!!!!!!!

POOL AMENITIES: Fat-friendly pool (i.e., concrete steps into pool with sturdy handrail), bathhouse with ample sized changing area, showers, picnic pavilion, lounge chairs & tables (chairs are large but they do have arms, so feel free to bring your own chair for comfort), and gas grills.

DIRECTIONS FROM BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON PARKWAY (295) TO BALTIMORE: 295 turns into Russell Street in the City. Stay in right-hand lane as you pass both stadiums (on your right) and turn right onto Pratt Street. Turn right again at the second light onto S. Sharp Street (which takes you under the Convention Center overpass.) Continue for a few blocks and turn right on W. Hill St. (look for NAAFA sign on lamppost). Turn left at dead end and continue down to parking lot behind the pool.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-95 TO BALTIMORE: Exit onto I-395 "Downtown" -stay left & follow signs to "downtown/inner harbor" - Right turn at Convention Center onto Conway St - Immediate right turn at first light onto S. Sharp St. - Continue for a few blocks and turn right on W. Hill St. (look for NAAFA sign on lamppost). Turn left at dead end and continue down to parking lot behind the pool.

DIRECTIONS FROM I-83 SOUTH: Follow I-83 into Baltimore City - Right turn on Lombard St. - Left turn on S. Sharp St. - continue through light on Pratt Street, through Convention Center and light on Conway St. Continue for a few blocks and turn right on W. Hill St. (look for NAAFA sign on lamppost). Turn left at dead end and continue down to parking lot behind the pool.
