my degree is in psych, too, & i might as well have gotten 2 bachelors with all the damn school i took!!! what's your next degree going to be in?

ooo the Stand is intense. i read that 20 years ago, but i still remember it!!!

good luck with that honey!!! i was a little older than you when my knees started to bug me & i weighed in the high 200's (like now!!!). what i found was that exercise was the BEST thing to do. weight training is good, too, to strenthen the muscles around the knee and take the pressure off the joint itself.
