I remember Hardie saying that this proposal do not need to be very detailed as it's like a draft proposal. I am still struggling with some reports and issues. Yes, the proposal is a much bigger project than the 15 assignments that we are handing in on 18 Mar 02. It is 30% of the unit 104.2. We have to think very carefully because it effect our major research at the end of course. I am suggesting we asked for extension for this proposal, what about the progress of the rest? I did email to Hardie about extension of deadline for the assignments till latest Wed (in case I can't finish)...but there will be a penalty of 5% for each late assignment, after which % of penalty will increase after Wednesday.
