Go in the 3rd holes from the bottom (straight across).

Then go down and in the 2nd hole from the bottom.

Then go back out the bottom hole on the same side you just went in.

Then go back up and into the 4th hole from the bottom, on the same side you came out of.

Then lace 'em up like you would a regular pair of shoes.
