No Problem bro...
Keep in mind that "sets" require you to do a dex while the bag is on the way up.

1) SEPPING SET- as you may know, the stepping set is my favorite set in the world. You set the bag from a clipper and bring your support leg over the bag from in to out. (like a clip set mirage)

2) PIXIE SET- set the bag from a toe stall and circle it with the same leg from in to out. (sorta like an in to out atw)

3) FAIRY SET- set the bag from a toe stall and circle it with the same leg from out to in. (like a out to in atw)

4) ATOMIC SET- set the bag from a toe stall and circle it with the OTHER leg from out to in. (like a legover)

5) QUANTUM SET- set the bag from a toe stall and circle it with the OTHER leg from in to out. VERY HARD (like an in to out legover)

6) NUCLEAR- set from a clip and circle the bag with the same leg from out to in also VERY HARD(like a pdx reverse mirage)

7) SHOOTING- set from a clip and put both legs over the bag. EXTREMLY HARD, the reason i dont like this one is cause it lacks style, i do however respect it because of its level of difficulty.(like a clip set double legover)

8) BARRAGING- I dont think this is recognized as a set yet, the only one i know of that can do this is sunil. BUt if you complete a barrage while the bag is still on its way up, its called barraging set. barrage= clip> op in> same in
