Well, happy Monday everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful summer. I'm back from my vacation in Salt Lake City, Utah and ready to get back to some DHM shows!!
Just a reminder, Will is playing acoustic shows with Ben Wilinski all this month at Jitters in Minneapolis. The shows always start around 9-ish and go until 11-ish. The shows are great, so I would highly recommend them! (Besides, Patrick and Jim are probably the best waiter and bartender in town!)
There's a lot of great shows coming up in the coming months. As you will notice if you go to the Tour Dates section of the site there are some dates scheduled for the east coast in October. If any of you know anyone out in these areas or know anyone who will be in these areas around those times please email me and let me know. I would love to contact them and ask for their help on the street team. Just send me their name and email address and I can do the rest from there!
So Drive 105 is holding yet another contest. I was pretty stoked for this one myself, being a fan of Wilco. Here's the info:
Drive 105 presents Wilco Tuesday July 30th at the Orpheum. We would like to give YOU the chance to hang out with the band, pick up an autographed guitar and if that's not enough give you seats right up next to the stage for the show!

You know the drill, all you gotta do is tell us five artists you like hearing on Drive 105! It's that simple. You can fax us at 612-623-9105 or fill in the blanks below. We'll draw the winner at random.

As I mentioned before we have a lot of great shows coming up in the next few months, but I'm going to focus on the next few weeks.
This Friday DHM will be in Des Moines, IA. All of the fans in and around this area please get out the flyers and start promoting this show! All the fans who are not in that area please call radio station KLTI at 515.280.1041 and let them know about the show and that you would LOVE to hear DHM on the station! Also you can email Tim, the Program Director at kltipd@netins.net and let him know that you'd love to hear DHM on their station.
After DHM hits Iowa they come on back to MN for two kickin' shows...one at Ribfest in Downtown Mpls around noon, and then another that night at O'Gara's in St. Paul.
The following week they play in Cross Lake, Ames, Chicago and Grand Rapids. I would like to have all of us contacting radio stations, and those around the areas mentioned putting up flyers and spreading the word that DHM will be playing in those towns.
In Cross Lake, MN you can contact radio station: KAXE Northern Community Radio (They are based out of Grand Rapids, MN but have a tower in Brainerd.) at 218.326.1234 or email them at kaxe@kaxe.org
In Ames you can contact the radio station KLTI.
In Chicago you can contact: WHPK at 773.702.8424
In Grand Rapids, Michigan you can contact: The New I-96 radio station. You can request DHM by going to: http://www.i96.net/interact/request/
