Briar Rose' Cottage

*Walking along a dusty road and up a path, you see a small cottage surrounded by a white-picket fence..Facing the cottage, you see a small corral on the right side of it..At the opening of the corral which is at the back, there is a worn path that leads to a small barn with a single, large stall with warm straw on the floor, a water trough, and a hay rack..A tack room and a room to tend sick animals makes up the rest of the barn..Inside the corral, there is a beautiful, white horse, its mane braided and tied with blue ribbons..*
*In the back of the cottage, there is a well-tended garden of vegetables, strawberries, and other berry bushes..A large, healthy, peach tree is nearby the garden where peaches are ripe during the fall..In the garden, there are also several rose bushes that bear large, red blossoms..There is even a pond filled with fish, frogs, reeds, and lilypads near the back of the garden..*
*The grass is green around the house and if you peek in the window, the house is very clean and well-furnished..There is a beautiful, young woman with a fair, peach complexion sitting near the fireplace in a large chair apolstered with red velvet..Barefoot, she is sewing and talking to a servant girl who sits in a identical chair a few feet away..The servant girl is also barefoot and sewing, her black complexion shining beautifully in the light as she laughs with the girl..The girl with the peach complexion is wearing a pale blue dress and her blonde, curly hair is tied back with a blue ribbon..The servant girl is wearing an identical dress, but it is light green and her hair is tied back with a light green ribbon..*
*A small, calico kitten is batting at a ball of yarn near the hearth and a black and white greyhound is sleeping on the hearth as the fire crackles merrily..The house smells of good food and other nice things..A beautiful, crimson phoenix with long, shimmering tail feathers is sitting on a perch near the fireplace, sleeping with its head under its wing..This cottage is very calm and soothing..It seems welcome for any tired travelers who pass..*
