The Owl's eyes scan the earth noting the position of Maravila and Vaneer, then banks sharply away to land in a tree far from them. She ruffles her feathers and became human to sit upon the branch of the tree and allowing herself to think.
Her mind slipped over the meetings she had been present too, and she was intrigued by the talk of this evil mastermind of all clans. She wondered of his name and if he should rise again as was the prediction. Part of Zala wanted to meet this powerful creature and to join sides with the power, but another part of her didn't.
Zala sighed and lay back on the tree branch and became a slim black cat. She lounged on the tree branch, one paw and her long tail hanging off.
