soaking dry-at frist this started out as a mad instrumental with another led zeppilin-type riff on the end, but si (previous drummer) didnt like it. i took the remains of the song home and wrote these lyrics for it. ed's mucis really inspired me and the wrds are about god being so removed and how a physical relationship can seem so much more real. its a cry for help really as things in this wrold always seem to me to be fragile and unreliable.

wishes-the music as an experiment for me, written in drop Csharp. the lyrics were inspired y the first line wen my dad sed it. i spose its about not wishing for things...

rubber dice-in my pinion, ed's finest hour! an amazinf riff tht inspired all of us one day at robbannas rehearsal rooms. i just sang to it and wot came out is exactly wot you read on the lyrics age. its very metaphorical but is probably me at my most honest, incorporating everything on my mind at the time, from my relationship with hayley, thru to god's stability.
