Hi Brian,
These new "experts" on Echeverias are giving me a pain. No........all Echeverias are NOT frost hardy. The commercial nurseries currently selling these plants have not been around them long enough to know their frost tolerance. or ongoing care of them.I have been a specialist collector of Echeverias for over twenty years. I find mine, overall are O.K. outside, down to -2 degrees, after that there can be damage to some of them. I am aware of this and cover accordingly. So take care..
