Our primary mission right now has been to farm for drops so as to be able to outfit our new and worthy recruits with 'always in the red' armor, jewelry and weapons. Although some of us have begun crafting we have not dedicated our time to it yet. For myself, I have no desire to merge. I am quite happy with our familial organization but I am VERY interested in an alliance. I think this would enable us to always have a fellow friend in the field a whole lot easier than being a soloer on ones own. I am sure you can appreciate how this might actually be MORE beneficial to our two guilds since, although WE are QUITE small, our two guilds are both relatively small.
