La solution :
Le problème vient de direct x9.0b
Il faut installer une rustine
"NTSC-J, PAL, and SECAM TV Tuner hotfix for directx 9.0b on windows 2000, windows XP and Windows server 2003 (KB825116) - français"
Le nom du fichier en FR : Directx9b-KB825116-x86-FRA.exe
