Subject: Civil rights violation

How can I get in contact with Johnny Cockran? Sixteen year old youth was taken into juvenile custody because he received referral in school. Referral was because he was laughing in class. He was maced while having an asthma attach and shackled. He was transported to hospital by ambulance,and treated. Parents were never notified by hospital or juvenile facility. Someone sneaked and called.
