well i've got a 1.6 driver, and i've got 16v callipers, you have to replace the hub houseing, hub and bearing, but its the same size drive shaft. its not too big a job, as you've not got to take the hub out of the houseing or the bearing out of the hub. its just the ball joint, the suspenshion strut and the tie rod that have to be taken off! well hope that helps.
