Mimi, I am in the same position. Settlements don't come fast enough. I have no idea how much longer, but my injuries and mental state prevent me from working. This has been very hard on me, as I am accustomed to working and supporting myself. Now, I live with my mother.

Anyway, inasmuch as I need this settlement, I also think of you and so ask the heavenly Father to be merciful to both of us and also for other people in our situation. I pray God's mercy for those who live around us and do not always understand. Please fill their hearts with a calm faith in these troubled waters.

I pray about the pain and suffering. I pray that all needs will be met. I pray that God will open doors and make sure that we see His divine hand at work.

I pray as the apostle James recommended. We do not want just to spend on ourselves. If God gave us blessings that went beyond filling our needs, we would bless others.

For whatever God wants to do to glorify Himself in and through our plight; I ask God for the divine strength that we be able to patiently endure this hardship. May we know that God will supply for our need at just the right time.

Do forgive us of our sins. Make us whole in all of our beings. Let us be joyful and thankfu in all things.
