My primary secret is 8+ hours of sleep nightly. Any less and I start getting WRINKLES! AUGH!

But I also swear by this stuff - it makes your skin soft like a baby and I would dare say it has reversed some sun damage ... my hands were getting old looking because I'm outside a lot, but this cream smoothed them out again. I'm a sucker for nice lotions, although I don't think I'd go as far as $100 for a thimblefull ;)

To cleanse my face, 80% of the time I simply wash gently with a very hot washcloth, then a cold wrung out wash cloth to close the pores back up. I do not like most cleanser products, they seem too drying. But the other 20% of the time I'll use different exfoliating scrubs or something called Desert Essence which makes it feel squeeky clean.

I'll have to admit I'm fastidious about SPF 40+ ... I'm very conscious of sun damage. I've been terrified of aging since about 12 yrs old!
