Thank you for the reminder? You know, for some reason, I have been gorging myself on doughnuts, rolls, chips, etc. Other than that, my MAIN foods are under control - no meat products, low fat, lots of veggies and whole grains, etc.
But I think this w/e I am going to buy some potatoes and have maybe 3 baked per week in addition to my regular meals. That's kind of heavy, but I think I'll be ahead of the game compared to having doughnuts and potatoe chips!
