Subject: Need some help

Okay, I've started interning this semester with a Wellness Co that ownes a fitness center and has two wellness contracts. One contract is Ford Motors, which involves a thriving fitness center...there is a wide range of fitness levels. The other contract is another plant that has minimal facilities, few people using the gym...pretty blah, not many people into fitness at all. The gym is moderate sized...actually a pretty cool place in an area of town that is pretty health conscious (for KY) and relatively afluent--

I have the challenge of coming up with an "incentive program" that could be used at any location. I want to be creative without being patronizing. The fitness center would be self-contained bc I am targeting people that are already members...perhaps just trying to inc. retention. The other two places would involve getting employees of the company to use the facility in addition to providing motivation to people using the facility...This would involve health and wellness objectives in addition to fitness related goals.

Anyway, with such loose-ended objectives, do you have any suggestions? The budget allows for prizes, but I'm not sure how much..let's forget the intangible benefits for a second.
