I printed off your soup recipe. I will try that next week! It sounds really good. The others I think I am on track with. My group also suggested eating more fruits to curb the sweet tooth. I think the two bananas this morning really helped avoid the sugar crash I get 9AMs

The other I am totally there! I LIVE on brown rice! The only pasta I have is Trader Joes Whole Wheat pasta, and I have just started buying Ezekiel Bread. I actually like it, but there's little chance I am going to overeat on it since it's not, you know, DOUGHNUT good or anything.

Problem was just being lazy and cooking the same old formula over and over and over. So I really set myself up for failure - even if all of the components were perfectly healthy!

Stupid Stupid - I avoided buying ANY bread because I didn't want to "treat" myself. Then realized - what's worse - having 1-3 slices of Ezekiel? Or chowing down 2-4 doughnuts per day???! Amazing how easy it is to blind yourself!

Anyway, thanks again for the soup! Can't wait to try it!!
