Yeah, yeah, I got caught in the propaganda. But, that said, I do try to get some yogurt...i know that it is still dairy. As far as other calcium sources...I know that green vegs are good but more as a back-up...what about sea veg? any other suggestions...I'm really wanting to get back to the non-dairy/animal stuff...today kind of drove that home. I may compromise with fish and occasional yogurt/egg whites. before, I got too much into the rule mentality. Lately, I've been getting back into my old screwed up eating habits and eating very little...when I do that, I eat mucho sugar/caffeine when I do eat....then I have pay backs where I "binge". I went to two wedding receptions today and had 2 pieces of cake along with the traditional wedding fare. That said, my definition of a binge is much smaller than it used to be. I was not going to the grocery and was resulting to chocolate bc there was nothing around....ugh. I'm screwed up! I get through it by telling myself how screwed up my metabolism will be later.
