My daughter went to University of Northern Colorado at Greeley....and someone planted marijuana bushes all around the dorm....this was the late 70's, early 80's...and I knew CU and CSU were #1 and #2 for drugs....some fellow in the state drug division said nationwide.....but I can't believe that...tho' I know it was BAD....anyway, I was shocked that UNC was as bad as it was...LOL
