Queer as Folk - didn't think this show would have much to offer me, but the relationship dynamics plus the soap plus gorgeous men plus some really smart writing have me hooked. Last episode I saw, the gay Todd character rocked my world.

Six Feet Under - Wow

Forensic Files - cheesy

American Justice - cheesier

Various and sundry series finales (I liked the way X-Files ended on a Millenium trajectory - I'd like to see Frank Black in the neXt-Files movie)

Unsolved Mysteries - One of these days, I'm gonna solve one of these puppies

I've watched Sex and the city a coupla times and the Sopranos once - neither really did for me what they do for others, though I think sopranos would if I gave it half a chance - but 6FU and QAF totally grabbed me.
