 Why is Labour willing to spent £Millions in clearing the overhanging debts of Local Authority Housing Departments so that the housing can be transfered to Housing Associations. Do people not realise that the same money could be used to bring all Social Housing up to the Governments Decent Homes Standard, not within 10 years but 5!

Local Authorities are being pushed into doing what The Govenment want by having all the other options blocked, this is done by making it impossible to meet the standards set, and when these are met using the Audit Office to fail then on other grounds.
