PASSES�Note Changes for 2000:
Lot Owner Passes�A Lot Owner pass will admit two (2) adults and their children under age sixteen (16) riding in the same car with the Lot Owner.
Family Passes�A Family Pass will admit two (2) adults and their children under age sixteen (16) riding in the same car with the pass holder. Parents or Grandparents of the Lot Owner, with proof of Identification, may be issued a Family Pass.
Visitors Passes�A separate Visitor�s Pass (at $3.00 per day) is required for each person in a vehicle who is over age fifteen (15).
Special Visitor Pass�For persons whom the Lot Owner requests consideration for the issuance of a Special Visitor Pass, with the approval of the Traffic & Safety Committee, and the payment of the $25.00 fee, a Special Visitor Pass will be issued.
Group Pass Option�Lot Owners may apply for a Group Pass for their guests to enter the Park for a special event on their lot(s). Upon approval by the Traffic & Safety Committee, a group application will be issued. The fee varies according to the number of guests.
Guest Recreational Vehicle�Per the Protective Covenants, with prior approval, a Lot Owner may be allowed to park an additional recreational vehicle for not more than seven (7) days--with their primary vehicle, upon application with approval by both the A & E and T&S Committees. Upon approval and payment�in advance, of the daily fee of $25.00 per vehicle, a Guest RV Pass will be issued. Additional, unauthorized vehicles on a single lot will subject the Lot Owner to a Special Assessment of $100.00 per day until the unauthorized vehicle is removed.
Pavilion Gate Passes�Lot Owners or RBMC affiliated groups, who have approved applications for use of one or more of the pavilions, may make application for a Pavilion Gate Pass. Upon approval by the Traffic & Safety Committee, and prior payment of the applicable fee, a Pavilion Gate Pass will be issued.
