There's a meeting Sunday. Brad said he's going to be there, he wants to up the scholarship, I told him he needs to bring it to the meeting and also discuss other fund raiser stuff.

I checked some of the old notes from back meetings. and we will need an agenda for sunday too!

1. The club approved hound of the year for hunting and not show.
2. Beagling - money hunts, till the last hunt then we will order a full set of "trophies".
3. Coonhound - trophy hunt for march and then poorboy hunt in June.
4. I will bring the financial report Sunday. It's breaks down to basically a "general fund", beagle deposits and expenditures, coonhound deposits and expenditures, and cash box.
5. So if you have anything to add to the agenda let me know.

Meeting is at the school parking lot 6 pm. don't forget about the time change.
