So maybe his testosterone level was so low that a "normal" epitestosterone level exceeded the ratio?
I read that epitestosterone is the stuff that increases endurance so also, if you increased that AND had lower than normal testosterone, then the ratio would be way off. thats what i'm trying to figure out.
