It's money and respect as stated above. If Tailwind was willing to come out straight away and give Floyd a solid offer that was competitive with his current value, I bet he would have stayed. Instead, Tailwind seems to have played it a bit cute, and didn't show respect for the work Floyd has done by hedging in the intitial negotiations.
