Harshness is taken away by reducing the length of the shock rod and cylinder allowing for the spring to absorb only 25% of the road and decreasing the length of stride it takes before (bottomming out) occurs. Shorter springs have a higher stiffness ratio, and if end links, bushings and shocks are not upgraded along with the springs, it will ride worse than if the suspension as a whole is upgraded.

The springs I can get are 145.00 a pair, anyone else that orders springs from AU, better realize that shipping from there to here will add alot more to the price. I order my parts inside of a bulk order that has a 2000.00 shipping price, so shipping for me doesnt add so much to the price, as would a single order.

I wasnt trying to be an ass, but asthetically, clamping your srpings isnt exactly a show or performance move. And you probably know by now, my main goal is to acheive performance correctly,
