Subject: Boys Boys Boys

Okay...This is my story...well a short version of it.
My whole life ive grown up with a father who has never really showed much love towards me. I have learned to deal but as a result i notice i look for love from other guys. However, no matter how much love i get from them i still feel as if no one loves me and that void i have is still there. So,as a result i am often very depressed. I recently made out with a guy thinking it would make me feel loved or "special" but instead i feel worse than ever because i didnt even really know or like the guy. Now i dont know what to do. Have any of you out there experienced this and how did u deal? Is therapy a good option because i tend to keep all my feelings inside and just wear a "im always happy" mask around my friends when inside i am just like not there...numb. Please help if u can. Thanks!
