Subject: IMI VeGeTa IMI trains

I began my training by doing 600 push ups and 550 sit ups. I decided to work on my Ki techniques. I charged up to my maximum power and fired several ki blasts into the surrounding areas. I launched a massive blast into a nearby tree and blew it up. I then observed that I was creating forest fires, and I knew I had to put them out! I charged up and blew air from my mouth out into the forest. It began to blow out the fire. Next I used my ki to push out air onto the forest. It blew out the fire. I meditated for a phew hours. I meditated on new attacks that I was creating in my mind. I meditated on battle techniques and when and where to strike. When I thought that that was enough I began to work on my physical attacks. I stood in one position and did punches then kicks, knees, uppercuts, and a phew other moves. I did them slowly to work on my form. Then I moved quicker and began to move my feet. I punched, kicked, uppercutted, and more! I moved quicker! I jumped hopped and flew working on my technique, and speed. When I thought I had done enough of this, I did 700 push ups and 625 sit ups. I was pretty tired so I meditated. I meditated and raised my power level with every second of every minute, thus concluding my training for the day.
