Don Rickles is off the charts funny in his segment, and continues with the jokes after Landon comes out. Michael handles it quite well and is very clever.

This may be the first time Michael discussed I Was a Teenage Werewolf (1957) on The Tonight Show, since it seemed Johnny had not heard of it. James Arness appearing in The Thing (1951) came up as well.

Lorne Greene's dislike of horses is also mentioned.
