For me, the ones I always remember as my favorites;

Between Heaven and Earth
A Far Far Better Thing
Old Sheba
Flapjack Context
Black Friday
Second Chance
Sense of Duty
Desperate Passage
Kingdom of Fear(perhaps the greatest episode)
Shanklin
Forever

So many other great ones too, but these are most of the ones that I first remember viewing as a kid, that have stayed with me to this day.
