Andy, getting joanna to introduce you two would be fine (although not all that subtle or implicit), but my advice to you would be to induce any "hooking-up" with her yourself-that is if you intensely dig her. My experience (as limited as it might be) is that girls appreciate it when you step to them sans middleman. Also, she'd probably be totally flattered getting asked out by a dark-eyebrowed, lopsided breasted all-american right out of the blue. sure it takes some extra sack to do it that way, but certainly not more than it takes to crush dudes for 8,000 meters. besides, any chance to get to know her will likely evaporate in a year, so make haste! that said, good luck with any and all romantic conquests, andy.
