Subject: Update

Hello everyone-

Just writing to tell you what I've been up to. I was fortunate enough to see most of you at Em's wedding so some of this might be old news but there is new info too!

To begin--- Still living in CA with a month left at my job. I'm losing motivation a bit as it is very close to the end. After I finish I'm heading back to Omaha for a week and after that I'll move to Portland. I still haven't found a place to live but I have a couple leads. I begin my new job (at the Environmental Middle School - www.pps.k12.or.us/schools-c/pages/environmental/) at the end of August.

Alice was at Nationals last weekend and became the first UNC track athlete in history to be a 2 time NCAA Champion in the same event. She ran a huge PR of 2:01:16 and competes this evening in the first round of the 800 at USA Nationals. Since the meet is at Stanford I'm planning on taking off work early to catch her semi-final race tomorrow night. Finals are on Sunday and if she makes it she could be running against Regina Jacobs (scary!) I think they're broadcasting both DI National and USA Nationals this weekend (possibly on NBC).
