No you cannot just waltz in, that is correct.Yet, any one who is a member of the canadian armed forces is entititled to go through selection of JTF2, and will be screened for any legalities, and/or conditions that will denie you being suitable member. Of course it goes without saying that most of the candidates that get into selection will not be successful. Sorry to ruin your picnic.
