This is another of my non-favorites. Too much Kate, and Angel/Kate development, that didn't do anything for me. Again, I liked the A/C/D interaction, but other than that, I thought the plot fell flat. I think this ep could've been tons better if it had been about Cordy getting whacked with the whammy stick.

Yeah, this isn't too high up there on my enjoyment list. Kate never did anything for me and this eppy was pretty Kate Centric. Love all of the A/C/D scenes. Liked how Cordy pretty much started bossing everyone around once it was clear that Angel wasn't all there.

Wasn't too memorable of an eppy but, Cordy had some great lines.
Angel looking down at some papers he is carrying: "Ah, good, you're back. Cordelia, you need to.."
Cordy: "No! (Angel looks at her) I don't care what horrible thing is about to happen. (Sits down and starts flipping through a magazine) Asteroids are hurtling towards earth. *Unspeakable* evil is rising the San Fernando Valley. Jar-Jar is getting his *own* talk show. Whatever - I don't want to hear about it. Not until you ask us how it went."

Loved the crack about Jar Jar : ).

"Mr. and Mrs. Spock need to mind meld now." - inreference to Kate and Angel.

And of course the best line of the night!

Angel: "Cordelia, do you have *any* idea just how *precious* you are?"

I loved this ep for "Mr Sensitivity" alone. there's just so many hilarious lines from Angel that I can completely ignore Kate - although she gets in a few of her own "I am not a Bitch I'm just protected". I love all the scenes with Cordy, Angel and Doyle at the police station - especialy the one outside the station (precious).
The whole ep is worth watching just for Angel telling little Tony he can be a rainbow and not a *airquotes* painbow *airquotes*.

A rarity: Tim Minear writes an episode where Cordelia isn't an airhead. This is one of my favorite comedy episodes of either series. High points:

Angel: "What?"

Cordelia: "Nothing. I just find it endlessly fascinating how your feelings are so attuned when it comes to boring old evil, but you have yet to make any mention about these new shoes."

Angel: "Look, Cordelia... Women's shoes... Men... (Door opens and Doyle comes in) they just don't..."

Doyle: "Great shoes! New? (To Angel) So, you were right, Papazian is planning something."

Cordelia hits Angel on the arm and walks away.

Angel: "What did you hear?"

Doyle: "That Papazian is planning something."

Angel: "That's it?"

Doyle: "Johnny Red says, quote, 'Papazian is planning something.' "

Angel nods: "I thought he might be planning something."

Doyle: "See, you were right."

Cordelia looks from one to the other and shakes her head.

and:

Cordelia: "Would you come on?"

Angel: "What's the magic word?"

Cordelia: "Argh!"

Angel: "No, I don't think 'argh' is the magic word, if one would call it a word. And even then, it's certainly not a magic one."

And the scene outside the polices station between Angel, Cordy and Doyle was hilarious. All of Angel's dialogue in the this was good. It showed a lighter side of him, and that he could be really humerous. The rainbow, painbow line...funny.

And also outside when Cordy and Doyle are trying to get Angel to put his game face on..lol

I agree with you all....other than the A/C/D moments the ep isn't high on my list. I'm not fond of Kate and if she was brought onboard for a connection with Angel I just can't see on.
