Subject: My Gmail address was hacked over 3 years ago & Google refuses to help recover it




I've written them multiple times and all they do is send automated emails telling me to do lost password recovery. Obviously that doesn't work when the account was hacked & the recovery questions were changed by the hacker!!!

The phone number to call is also absolutely useless automated message.
