Which is a more serious problem: diarrhea or constipation?
Me personally.... I like to shit!!!

Diarrhea is generally a more serious problem than constipation. Diarrhea can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and malabsorption of nutrients, which can be life-threatening if left untreated, especially in children and the elderly. Constipation, while unpleasant, is usually not as immediately dangerous, though it can cause complications like hemorrhoids or fecal impaction if prolonged. Seeking medical attention is advisable for persistent or severe cases of either condition.

To me, constipation is worse cuz imagine trying to poop but nothing comes out and you have to sit with poop in your butthole feeling uncomfortable! I once had a really bad constipation and I had to sit on the toilet for (I think) 4 HOURS!! While diarrhea, the poop just releases all by itself but liquidy. I would rather have liquid poop than sit in the toilet for a long time uncomfortably
