Hi Shelley,
usually means that the addy you have just typed is invalid.

If the addy exists, you have probably got a letter or a symbol incorrect. There are other reasons, but that is the most common.

With the other problem. If you right click on the bottom toolbar, you will get a menu. Click on "Task Manager". This will give you CPU and Memory usage. By opening the various programs/utilities, you may get some idea of what is eating your memory.
