Jambo BV,
never been to Africa. It would be something to see.

I imagine my first question, after being shot down by the old sniper, would have been. "Kipi kikusikitishacho?" It certainly added spice to your balloon trip.

My Kiswahili is negligible. I only know a few phrases. I am unable to converse or write in the language. How I learnt some, was due to one of my tenants. She was an Indian lady from Kenya.

Her brother and sister-in-law, came out to visit for a few weeks. Her sister-in-law was this tall staturesque Kenyan lady. Who had a figure most models would kill for, and that really sexy walk, that a lot of African ladies have.. And three boys to boot. Anyway, as is usual for me, I picked up a few words just listening to them talking, and speaking to them.

I have this weird ability to pick up a fair bit of a language, just by hanging out with people who speak that language. In fact my mind does that with a lot of things. That is probably why I can't write successfully, (different to you) I can't control my brain. So all my characters rush off in their own way, at their own tangents. Eventually all becomes chaos. The only book I could have written, was the Hitchikers Guide. In fact, my oldest two children were convinced for years, that I had. Despite my assertions to the contrary. Sic transit gloria.

Heri......Ralph.
