Or if you are looking to enter this pageant fell free to contact them. There has been some confusion with this pageant. Brenda is no longer a director for MCI. She has stepped down. This is an Academic pageant. NO Swimsuit and no Talent needed. There are a lot of girls out there that do not feel comfortiable in a bathing suit and do not have a talent but are great girls, like to participate in pageants and have some great goals in life. Subject Author Date There seems to be some confusion. Brenda left MCI because of family matters. She still supports MCI/MTCI and remains friends with CEO and staff of the pageant.
