Subject: Katie Starke is not competing - Chelsae Durocher This girl was 4th at MTC-W 2009 and I took her to Brazil to Global Teen and she was 2nd runner up. She was a really big hit over there among the other pageant ppl. As for returns I know a lot of girls are coming back but I do not think they have to compete in GTA.
