Subject Author Date Congratulations to Canada, Angela Fermani won Miss Teen Worldwide 2009 which makes it a back to back win this year! Angela also won best in evening gown as well. Jason Cabrera, Canada's rep to Mister Handsome Worldwide, placed 1st runner up, he also won best ambassador of their country, best national costume, best in beach wear and best in formal wear.
