Miss Calgary 2009 = Kaley Johnson (MUC 09 Contestant) 1st Runner Up = Aylar Macky (MUC 09 Contestant) 2nd Runner Up = Michelle Dennis Miss Scholastic = Aylar Macky Miss Friendship = Michelle Dennis Miss Achievement = (tie) Kaley Johnson & Aylar Macky Talent = No award this year due to only have 2 competitors in this category. Aylar Macky performed on the piano & Kaley Johnson performed a tap dance. Other comments: * Another MUC 09 contestant also competed (Danielle Anderson) * It was clear who the top 3 would be (most years it is not) * Miss Calgary 2008 was a no show for the event. Instead former Miss Calgary 2006 Lisa Harrigan (MUC 09 Contestant) did the crowning. * Highlights of the event have been running on SHAW news in Calgary.
