No it is not; it is a special award that has no impact on the selection of the semi-finalists, just as the swimsuit competition was also just a special award. The selection of the finalists is based on the pre-judging day which is a quick swimsuit walk in front of the judges and a three-minute interview (with no makeup). (NT)ME08:57:07 11/06/08 Thu
