 I have a elgin open face pocket watch serial number low 10mm. Dates the watch to 1903-1904 15j 14k. It has the harley davidson bar & shield. Logo is under the hand movement. Hard to find if there was an founding watch and who were they given to. This watch is engraved inside googled to an lawyer in pa. Can it be authentic
