Subject: Age of an Elgin wristwatch

 I have my grandfathers Elgin wristwatch. It was just cleaned and repaired, but nobody can give me an idea of when it was made. There is no serial number on the watch. The movement says "ELGIN 19 JEWELS 732 U*S*A". The case says "GRADED AND TIMED BY ELGIN NATIONAL WATCH CO." It has a silver face with thin lines going across the center from the 12 to the smaller second hand where the six should be. Some idea of a name or a year would be greatly appreciated!
