Subject: Grade 82* Size 18s 1888 Pocket Watch

 My dad recently had his father's Elgin pocket watch refurbished and passed it on to me. Search of the SN indicates it was made around 1888. Simple question: What is the appropriate procedure (how often and how many turns) for winding this watch. I'm concerned about not over winding it.
