First, watches and cases were made by different companies, so, long ago, when someone purchased a watch, they also purchased the case to put it in. Your case was made by the Keystone watch case company under the name J. Boss. It's a gold filled case, and any time you see a year associated with a case, it means that it's gold filled. It's the amount of time that, that watch is guaranteed to not show any brass through the case.
However it is not the name of the watch. That can ONLY be determined by the watch itself. If the 11576224 number is from the movement, it was made in 1904, and it's a size 0s.
The name of that particular case is called a HUNTER case, it has all of the "lids" you mentioned, and the cover inside it, is called the dust cover.
The other type of case is called an Open Face, and has the dial showing, with no second cover.
There are other names for cases, too long to mention, but I hope this helps.
